It’s a beautiful Saturday in Colorado and it’s Jeep Wave Day again. We’re psyched to have the whole day off and no excuses but to go out for a drive and see how many other Jeepers we can find. Hope all the #jeepwave fans get out and have a fun day! Help spread the word, especially to those who look at you like you’re crazy for waving at strangers!

Today only, all the Jeep Wave merchandise in the store is almost 40% off…and we still donate a portion of every sale to the Wounded Warriors Fund. Enjoy!

Jeep 200K Miles

Just wanted to share a milestone we passed this past weekend…200,000 miles in the Jeep. Our 1999 Wrangler has been through plenty of snow storms, rocky trails, and dirt roads in all that travel, as well as a few cross country trips on the pavement.

We thought it only appropriate that when the numbers hit 200,000, that we do it on dirt, where a Jeep is most at home. A little trip to a near by view point allowed us to celebrate in style.

Jeep Waves is Out of the Office

Just wanted to let all our followers and potential customers know that we will be away from the office for about a week from 05.26.15 – 06.02.15. During this time we’ll be out on Safari, driving off road, enjoying nature…which means we won’t be shipping out any decals or t-shirts. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we’ll be happy to ship out any orders received ASAP upon return to civilization!

Memorial Day 2015

We are breaking from tradition this year at Jeepwaves.com. Much of the team is in South Africa at the moment and we wanted to share a remembrance we came across the other day in Cape Town.

The commemorative cross comes from the 1st South African Brigade in remembrance of those “officers and men who fell in action” at the Battle of the Somme – 1916 in WWI. The cross is located at the Castle of Good Hope in Cape Town which highlights quite a bit of South African military history and their longtime alliance with the US military throughout WWI and WWII.

Being away from home on Memorial Day makes it all that much more important for us to quietly reflect on the sacrifices made by those protecting our freedoms. Jeepwaves.com wants to thank all those who have served, past and present, and especially those who didn’t make it home.
